Assalamualiku. This is Rashedul Islam. I belong to Dhaka city.I have completed my BBA and MBA degree from the department of management from Jagannth University. Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor ath the Department of Management. I had joined at Bangamata Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib Science & Technology University as a lecturer at the department of Management on 19 April,2022. Before joining here I had Worked as a Lecturer & MBA Program Coordinator at Department of Business Administration, City University, Bangladesh for 04 years. After that I had joined at University of Scholars and worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration for 05 months. I want to be a highly proficient academician in the field of business administration especially in Management and Human Resource Management to achieve good progress in my career through applying the combination of my academic qualification and dedication. I would like to be more responsible and knowledgeable personality and a respectable position on this teaching field. I am currently doing research on my research interests. I hope, I will be able to provide high quality learning opportunities to students maximizing their educational and personal skills for building their career utilizing my experiences & expertise teaching skills.
