Md. Zahid Hasan is an Assistant Professor (on study leave) of the Department of of Management at Jamalpur Science & Technology University, Jamalpur-2012, Bangladesh. At present, i am working as PhD Research Fellow at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), China. With over six years of academic and teaching experience, I have made meaningful contributions to the field of management education. My academic journey includes a BBA and MBA from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, Bangladesh.

I specialize in areas such as customer satisfaction, women's empowerment, mobile banking, human resource management (HRM) practices, and employee training and development. My research contributions in these areas have been published in renowned journals, and I have actively participated in academic conferences to share my insights.

As an educator, I strive to create an engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging students to think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. My approachable nature and dedication to my students’ academic and personal growth have made me a trusted mentor within the university community.

In addition to my academic responsibilities, I am actively involved as a deputy director in the Physical Education and Sports Department, reflecting my commitment to fostering leadership, teamwork, and personal development. My vision and dedication continue to inspire my dear students alike, contributing to the advancement of JSTU as a center of excellence.
