I, S.M. Yusuf Ali am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Jamalpur Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. My academic and research interests focus on knowledge management, organizational behavior, human resource management, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and socio-economic development issues in Bangladesh. I am passionate about integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications to enhance students’ learning experiences and professional development.

Over the years, I have been actively involved in research and scholarly activities addressing contemporary organizational and social challenges. My published research works explore a variety of topics, including employee satisfaction in the banking sector, the impact of motivation on employee performance in non-banking financial institutions, women’s economic empowerment through handicrafts, and the psycho-social conditions of elderly people in Bangladesh. These studies have contributed to academic discussions in management and social science research and have received increasing scholarly recognition.

As an educator, I strongly believe in promoting critical thinking, research-oriented learning, and ethical leadership among students. I continuously encourage learners to analyze real-world business and social issues through a management perspective while developing their analytical and problem-solving abilities. Alongside teaching, I actively participate in academic research and collaborative initiatives aimed at addressing organizational and socio-economic challenges relevant to developing countries.
